1. Back Squats: 4 sets x 12 reps (5.0.1) @ ~ 20RM, Rest 2 Min

  • ·         Tempo = 5.0.1 (5 seconds down, 1 sec up each rep…)

2. Handstand Walks: 4 x 30s accumulated time, Rest 1 as needed

3. 6 sets of the following – 80-85% effort:

  • ·         30sec Wall walks

  • ·         30sec Walking Lunges

  • ·         + Rest 1 min
