(B) I subbed OHP (40#) for wallballs because of my lower back/hip issue. This was a fun one but boy was a thrilled with the rest in between. 4:57; 4:44; 3:57 (maybe wasn't going hard enough at first? or was just ready to get it over with at the end!)
Props for that feat. I'll have to check the CF rule book but I think in this case you get to double your weight reported and subtract a minute from times.
