B ) 2 sets – 100% effort:
10 Squat Cleans (95/135lb)
15 burpees
400m Run
+ Rest 3-5 min

C ) 2 sets – 100% effort:
10 Pull Ups
20 Walking Lunges
400m Run
+ Rest 3-5 min
