1. Strict Press 1RM
 2. Weighted Pull up 1RM OR max strict pull ups

B ) 5 rounds:
30s burpees
+ Rest 30s
30s hang power clean (65lb/95lb)
+ Rest 30s
30s wall ball
+ Rest 30s
30s HSPU (or HSPU negative)
+ Rest 30s
30s jumping lunges
+ Rest 30s
