B ) Squat Clean: 4 x 3 reps, keep increasing weight each set, but keep perfect technique, Rest 1 min

C ) EMOTM for 8 min: 15 sec all out effort HSPU

D ) EMOTM for 8 min: 15 sec all out effort wall ball
