B ) Hang Squat Clean: 5 sets x 3 reps, work up in weight but keep technique perfect

C ) EMOTM for 10 min: 15 UB Double Unders (or DU attempts)


D ) EMOTM for 10 min: 20sec Max reps Thrusters, (95/55lb)
