meters in 20sec. This is a test of your
anaerobic alactic capacity (aka SPRINTS!).

A) Didn't count. Was totally out of it. Actually thought we were doing 1 rep max, didn't realize it was 4 reps until Alex started counting down again. Rude awakening!
