10 burpees over partner
10 OH Walking Lunges/Person (only one working at a time – 25/45lb)
10 Power Clean/Person (85/55lb – one person working – one person holding top of deadlift position!)

B ) 5 sets: 30 second hollow rock hold, Rest 30 sec
