•    2 Muscle Ups (sub is 4 pull ups + 6 push-ups)
•    + Rest 3 min
 

3. 10 min AMRAP:
•    25 DU (x3, if doing singles)
•    5 Knees to Elbows
•    3 Pistols/leg
