2. Snatch Balance + OHS: 4 sets x 1 + 3 reps (light and full ROM!), Rest 1-2 min
3. 3 sets – 85% effort - 5 min AMRAP:
·       5 Pull Ups
·       5 Power Cleans (85/125lb)
·       10 Air Squats
·       + Rest 3 min
