2. Back Squat:  4 sets x 5 reps, (55.65.75.85% of 1RM), Rest 2 min
3. EMOTM for 12 min:
·       Odd: 5 Single Arm DB/KB Overhead Squat per arm
·       Even: 12 Box Jump (20/24”)
