A) Deadlift: Work to 1RM!!! Rest as needed

B) Muscle-Up Tech Work:  spend 8 to 10 minutes working on transitions; banded transitions, ring pull ups, kips, other drills by coach, etc…

C) For time:
·         150 Air Squats
·         75 Push Ups
·         150 DU (*or sub 3x the singles or a weighted rope)
