A ) Front Squat: work up to 1RM for the day, only 2 misses allowed, rest as needed between sets

B ) 5 sets of the following:
Min 1: 15sec max effort wall ball (14/20lb)
Min 2: 15sec max effort thrusters (65/95lb)
Min 3: 15sec max effort TTB
