A) Clean Grip Speed Pulls: 8 sets x 1 rep, (this should be approx.. 55% of your CGDL 1RM from last week), focus on set-up and building speed through the range of motion), Rest 1 min between reps

B) Alternating Pistols:  Accumulate 28 total, use assistance as necessary

C) For time:
60 Push ups (chest to deck! With perfect technique)
60 Pull ups
