A) 30 minute AMRAP – to be completed in teams of two (only one partner working at a time):

Station 1:
·         10 Box Jumps (20/24)
·         5 Pull-ups

Station 2:
·         10 Burpees
·         5 DB From ground 2 Overhead

Station 3:
·         300 meter run w/ MB Ball (14/20)…Run down Winchester to Wabansis, and back = 300m
