A) Clean Grip Speed Pulls: 8 sets x 1 rep, (this should be approx. 50 % of your CGDL 1RM from last week), focus on set-up and building speed through the range of motion), Rest 1 min between reps

B) Wall Walks:  Accumulate 10 - 15 reps

C) 5 Rounds For Time:
·         6 UB Ring Dips (or Stationary Dips or negatives)
·         6 UB CTB Pull ups (sub would be regular pull ups, banded, ring rows)
