A1) Barbell Strict Press: 5 x 3 (Use 4RM), Rest 1 to 2min

A2) Pull up (can be kipping, butterfly, or strict): 5 x 3 (add weight if needed…unbroken if possible), Rest 1 to 2min

A3) Overhead Squat: 3 x 5 reps (challenging, but not too failure. Technically perfect reps here!), Rest 2 min


B) For time:

Run 1,600m
·       Complete 20 Power Snatch (65/95#)
